Cameron was AMAZING. He was friendly and eager to help us. He stayed late. He was very much a straight shooter. We weren’t 100% sure, he made a video of the car pulling out of it. Space without a driver. It was very cool. His video covered the entire car and all the really awesome features. Still, it wasn’t for us. Cameron didn’t pressure us. He listened to what we wanted. He also listened to what we didn’t want in the calligraphy. Ultimately, we bought our 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe hybrid Limited from him. He was very personable and easy to work with. Earlier in the week, I had visited a Hyundai dealership in Laurel, Maryland. I just wanted to test drive the Santa Fe. They had some models on the lot, but nothing I really wanted. In contrast to Cameron, the Laurel salesman repeatedly called me. He contacted me pretty much every other day. Post sales, Cameron sent us a thank you and told us how much he enjoyed our company. The contrast is huge. I would go to Cameron every single time. His no nonsense sales approach was a perfect balance of knowledge and felt low pressure. His mannerisms were business, like despite his young age, he has a lot to teach other sales reps. More

When our 2005 Hyundai Elantra with 211,000 miles suddenly gave up the ghost, my wife Mary and I went directly to Heritage Hyundai in Towson to buy another Hyundai Elantra. After I gave Jack Coco our price r gave up the ghost, my wife Mary and I went directly to Heritage Hyundai in Towson to buy another Hyundai Elantra. After I gave Jack Coco our price range, he immediately found the perfect pre-owned 2023 Red Hyundai Elantra SEL with only 24,747 miles for us with all the bells and whistles we could ever want. Jack was spot on and knew exactly what we were looking for. We only had to look at one car. It was the easiest vehicle purchase of our 50-year marriage. We were so glad that Jack was assigned to us. I have never worked with a better car salesperson than Jack Coco. He checked in with me every step of the way, but was never overbearing. He took his time and let me ask as many questions as I wanted, a Jack Coco. He checked in with me every step of the way, but was never overbearing. He then spent over an hour with me after he had already completed the sale, teaching me every single feature of the car that I needed to know. Anyone would be lucky to have him as their salesperson. After being promised the “best price” and being late at night as they closed we come to find out the next day that they snug in a $997 paint and fabric protection that we told them we didn’t want. Then it took multiple calls and weeks later to get out trade in check for our Subaru Outback. These guys are the MOST crooked dealership that I have ever witnessed, and my parents are now in the market for a new Sonata and I would NEVER EVER buy from this dealership again. Be careful and buy elsewhere, there are too many other dealers who are honest and will not screw you like Towson Hyundai did to us! More
