Before going into Heritage Hyundai Towson, we did our research. We went and talked to other dealerships, trying to find the best deal for our family vehicle. After searching for about a week, we decided on Heritage because of the price they offered, and the model and trim we preferred (color was nice too!). Upon walking in, the experience was great. From the original greet, walkthrough-test drive, business piece, to driving our new car off the lot. We were serviced by Mr. Ibrahim Kassim. The environment Mr. Kassim provided was very helpful throughout the entire experience. He was our focal point the whole time, and he did not disappoint. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. The entire time, we felt relaxed and well taken care of. The other members were Andre Edwards, Latoya Fowlkes, and Darmon Smalls. All played important pieces to our experience. Ms. Fowlkes was very professional and thorough as our business manager. Mr. Edwards and Mr. Smalls provided additional clarity regarding any pricing questions we had, which got us down to a monthly payment we were comfortable with. All in all, I would definitely recommend Heritage Hyundai to anyone looking for a quality vehicle, fair pricing, and professional service. More

Always get excellent service at Heritage Hyundai Towson I have been going to the Heritage Hyundai Towson dealership to have routine service performed on my 2013 Hyundai Elantra ever since I moved to Baltimo I have been going to the Heritage Hyundai Towson dealership to have routine service performed on my 2013 Hyundai Elantra ever since I moved to Baltimore 3 years ago. The staff is friendly, helpful, and I never feel like I am pressured to purchase unnecessary services. Since I live a half-hour away, I almost always wait on my car to be serviced rather than dropping it off. The waiting room is clean, provides coffee, and has wifi access so that I can work on my laptop while I wait (which means I never really have to "skip" work to have my car serviced). More

Kevin Moran worked patiently and professionally with us to test drive several vehicles, explore our options, and arrive at a decision we are very happy with. He went out of his way to make us comfortable, was very respectful and highly personable. His supervisor, Andre Edwards, opened the door for us upon our arrival, shook our hands, and personally welcomed us. He escorted us to Kevin's office and supported Kevin's work with us throughout the day. The facility is beautifully maintained and professionally managed. Even after the sale, they have checked in with us, and Kevin has eased the process of title delivery and delivery of plates to the MVA. I've already recommended it to several of my friends. I could not be happier! More
