I have never had a more positive experience than I had at Heritage Hyundai. Kevin Moran worked patiently and professionally with us to test drive several vehicles, explore our options, and arrive at a decision we are very happy with. He went out of his way to make us comfortable, was very respectful and highly personable. His supervisor, Andre Edwards, opened the door for us upon our arrival, shook our hands, and personally welcomed us. He escorted us to Kevin's office and supported Kevin's work with us throughout the day. The facility is beautifully maintained and professionally managed. Even after the sale, they have checked in with us, and Kevin has eased the process of title delivery and delivery of plates to the MVA. I've already recommended it to several of my friends. I could not be happier! More

No Pressure This was the first time I bought a car and was not pressured by phone calls or people following me around. There was a little negation on price/payments, but the car sold itself. The warranty was a big part of the sale. I was quoted a price over the phone and this was the same price on the contract I signed. (Also a first) Heritage Hyundai has changed my nightmare opinion of going to a dealership and buying a car.
