Poor Process All the dealers including Heritage participate in a lousy process of arriving at a price. My salesman tried twice to jump to the close on a deal befo All the dealers including Heritage participate in a lousy process of arriving at a price. My salesman tried twice to jump to the close on a deal before we had even identified a particular car. I got four very different prices from 4 dealers. I wanted to buy from Heritage since they had taken good care of me on service and were close to home. Their bid was the highest. Hyundai BelAir at Jones Junction was the lowest and offered to meet or exceed any other dealer's bid. The other two started bidding down by phone and email as soon as they figured out what I was doing. I went back to Heritage and named a price based on BelAir's and they agreed after the salesman had to bring in his sales manager who had to consult with the general manager. Why didn't they just start me with the general manager? Why don't they just offer one price?! It's a process that seems to rely on intimidating a customer into making a deal. I considered looking for a slightly used Tucson at CarMax just to avoid the process. I'm happy with the Tucson. Not happy with the process. More

Happy Hyundai Wife They say Happy Wife Happy Life....My husband and I walked into the dealership on July 30th was instanly greeted at the door by Ms. LaToya Fowlkes she They say Happy Wife Happy Life....My husband and I walked into the dealership on July 30th was instanly greeted at the door by Ms. LaToya Fowlkes she took us in the back took some information from us and got the ball rolling she even picked out the color of my new Tucson Mojave Sand. Which I get so many compliments on. She then introduced us to Ibrahim Kassim who had us so comfortable we told him everything we wanted and he gave us just we asked for. I will say the most impressive thing to us was out of all the dealers that we visited the few weeks prior to coming into Heritage we were never offered the lease option which I ABSOLUTLY LOVE. I must say Team Work Makes The Dream Work and LaToya and Ibrahim was the dream team that sealed the deal for us. Tony the used car guy also was a very helpful and knowledgeable to us as well More
