It was unbelievably enjoyable. I have bought many cars since my first one in 1953 but have never liked going through the process. To be honest, I always dreaded it until this time. I have bought many cars since my first one in 1953 but have never liked going through the process. To be honest, I always dreaded it until this time. Lisa actually made it an enjoyable process from start to finish. She was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant and most importantly, she never rushed us into making a buying decision that we might come to regret. After she helped us determine which features we wanted, and then found that the dealership did not have anything in stock that was exactly what we wanted, she did not try to fast-talk us into taking something else just to make the sale. She started a search that did not end until she located "our car" When our car was delivered, she patiently and expertly explained the various features and functions of our new car. I would and will recommend her and Heritage Hyundai to anyone I know that is interested in buying a car. She gets 5 stars for sure from us. Martin Buckman More
