My previous vehicle unexpectedly died and I was in need of a replacement fast as I use my car to travel for work and school daily. I appreciated that the salesman who I contacted accommodated the fact that email is the best form of communication for me as I work at different hours every day and am unable to answer a phone call while at work. Plus I'm a part time student and thus keep very odd hours. This accommodation was great because it allowed me to easily schedule a time to come to the dealership and schedule a test drive whereas other dealers called me and it was a perpetual game of phone tag which was beyond frustrating. The staff at Heritage Hyundai were incredibly welcoming and answered all of my questions (there were A LOT of them) patiently and thoroughly. I appreciated that I was easily able to ask what might seem like a "stupid question" because as a first time car buyer I just didn't know and the staff not only answered it but didn't make me feel like I was asking a stupid question. I also liked that the staff weren't super pushy about trying to sell me something I didn't want. I also appreciated the fact that even though the salesman I worked with was new, he was well trained and asked his supervisor for help when he needed it rather than just doing whatever and potentially doing something wrong. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend checking out Heritage Hyundai of Towson if you're looking for a new (or used) car. The staff are great, the facility is easy to find, and the prices are fair. More
