I came in with the internet price printed out of the car I wanted and they honored that price which was fantastic. My dad bought me the car but was unable to make it to the dealership that night because he was sick so he couldn't sign the papers to for me to have the car that night, but Jennifer offered to come to my house, which is an hour away, so he could sign them at home and I could drive my car home. Also, even though the dealership was supposed to close at 6, they stayed after until everything was done so that I could have my car. Jennifer was also great at keeping in touch and responding to my emails extremely fast. She was personable, patient, and knowledgable, everything you could want from an employee. Amazing experience and would definitely recommend them and Jennifer to anyone who is interested in buying a hyundai. More

From the moment I entered the dealership, I was greeted with friendly, courteous and professional staff. When I met Jennifer, I was immediately put at ease because of her really friendly demeanor. I could tell that she was really interested in making sure I had a vehicle that I would enjoy, that was also affordable. It was so refreshing to speak to someone who wasn't trying to pitch a sale from the onset. I had originally entered the dealership intending to get an Accent which I thought would fit my needs, and I wasn't even sure if I was ready to buy the new car, or trade my old one at that moment. But Jennifer really impressed me with the wealth of knowledge she had about all the vehicles, as well as all of the available options I had with my proposed budget. That's when I found out about the Elantra, and Jennifer allowed me to explore the features of this car without resorting to any high pressure, gimmicky tactics. Thanks to Jennifer, I had gone from entering the dealership with lots of questions, to leaving the same day as a proud owner of a new Elantra (which was still under my budget). She even gave me a ride up the street to my gym, so I wouldn't miss a gym appointment while my new car was being prepped, and she delivered the car to the gym when I was finished with my workout! We sat down, briefly discussed some options, then headed out to test drive a Hyundai Sonata. Bristol was kind, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle as well as the warranty offered by the dealership. I had been shopping for 2 weeks and Bristol was by far the most helpful salesman I had dealt with. I didn't even plan on buying a car that day, but Bristol did everything I could possibly ask for, and ended up earning my business that afternoon. I decided to go look for this past snowy Saturday. We wanted to look around the lot at several of the cars, as I had done a bit of research and had an idea what I was looking for. After only a few short minutes, we were greeted by Matt. Right away, we knew we were with the right guy and that he'd do a good job. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and had a good sense of humor. I appreciated all of those, as I was a bit hesitant going into the day, not knowing who I would come across or how the service would be. I actually enjoyed the car buying process at Heritage, which wasn't totally expected. Matt shared as much information as possible, helped answer lots of questions, and was extremely professional and courteous during my time there. I purchased a car that I am thrilled with and felt just as good about the experience of buying it with his assistance! I worked with Randy on the financial piece and he was friendly and allowed me to take some time to think a few things through, without pressuring me. I definitely appreciated that.
