I just bought a 2013 Elantra From Heritage Hyundai in Towson. Even though the process continued way past their closing time, Jennifer was there every step of the way. We got down to the price I wanted and drove home at 10:30pm in my new car. It was a pressure free experience - dare I say even enjoyable - and I knew I could walk away at any time. I even had an appointment later that night at a different dealership, but called them and said never mind. None of the standard cr*ppy sales tactics used and the closing process was quick and the only additional offers made were the Gap and maintenance plans. I bought the Gap policy. Hopefully, in a year or so, I'll be back to buy my wife a new Elantra. I hope Jennifer is still there. More
I simply came to test drive a car and ended up walking away with a great deal. The prices and selection were great and the car I settled on was absolutely fantastic. My first new car was a Hyundai and it treated me well for thirteen years! When it was time to purchase a car I knew I wanted another Hyundai. I went to five different dealerships before I found the right one. I called the Heritage Hyundai dealership in Towson and asked if a specific model was in stock. My salesperson, Jennifer Cahill was the one who answered my call. Jennifer said the car was in stock and she walked out to the lot to confirm. That meant a lot to me because one of the dealerships I had visited told me the model I inquired about was in stock. I drove twenty miles only to find out it they did not have the car I asked about in their lot. So when Jennifer confirmed I asked if I could come in for a test drive in thirty minutes. When I arrived Jennifer already had the car waiting for me right out front. It was love at first sight! Jennifer is very well educated about all the features and this made it very exciting for me. I felt no intimidation working with Jennifer (unlike my other experiences). I had a budget in mind and Doug Lamkin worked really hard trying to get to the price I could afford. He made it work! The next day I went back to pick up my new car and Jennifer came in (on her day) off to prepare all the paperwork and walk me through the primary features. It was such a pleasant experience. Jennifer even called me a day later to see if there were any questions she could answer for me. That is customer service! I bought the Genesis Coupe 3.8 GT and WOW what a beautiful model! I came to Jennifer after emailing back and forth for a couple of days about the used Hyundai's that they have in stock. I have a very busy work and school schedule, but she was very helpful in scheduling couple of days about the used Hyundai's that they have in stock. I have a very busy work and school schedule, but she was very helpful in scheduling a time for me to come out and test drive the cars and talk about my options. I had never driven a Hyundai before, but after the first test drive I was very happy with the experience and knew that this would be a good choice for me. The whole experience was great and I couldn't have asked for a more relaxed and easy car buying experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a new or used car, and would recommend Jennifer to help them out with their experience. Heritage Hyundai was like a breath of fresh air; no high pressure tactics and uncomfortable squirming but just reasonable conversation and explanations. I also dealt with Doug Lamkin who is the Sales Manager. He was pretty awesome in explaining some of the confusing information that I had received elsewhere. He has a wealth of experience in the trade and I was glad that I got to deal with him. I would certainly recommend this dealership based on the very positive experience that I had. More

Mr. Jason Scarlett was great he worked to put my wife in the car she wanted and in our price range.Then the experince we had with Mr.Bristol Jordan was TOP TEN he explained all the paperwork in terms we could understand and went over all the features on the new Sonata even hooking up the Bluetooth phone service.Just wanna say great job and we would recommend every one in the market for a new or used vehicle to at least give these guys a look first. I purchased my 2011 Hyundai Sonata from this dealership at the end of May and in these three months I have had to have it towed twice and brought back numerous times to have problems fixed. One of which th at the end of May and in these three months I have had to have it towed twice and brought back numerous times to have problems fixed. One of which they kept my car for around 4 or 5 days (they broke a bolt in my car and had to replace it) and didn't have any loaner cars for me to borrow. Every time I have brought it in to be serviced actually, they have not had a loaner car. They also do not call to let you know when your car is finished. I called several times during the day and the receptionist I spoke with told me they would call to inform me when my car was finished, but they never did. I purchased my car because I needed a reliable car and I definitely would have been better off not buying a Hyundai. It is a 2011 and my 1998 Civic is more reliable than this car. I absolutely love who sold me the car and have nothing negative to say about him, but unfortunately I have nothing positive to say about Hyundai. I do not recommend anyone going to Heritage Hyundai. More
So I had bought my other Hyundai at this location and granted that experience was nice, I wasn't able to buy the exact model i had wanted. So I had come back to the dealer for an oil change and low and b granted that experience was nice, I wasn't able to buy the exact model i had wanted. So I had come back to the dealer for an oil change and low and behold the original model that I had wanted was finally on the lot. I took a test drive and it felt right! But I was already a year in payments with my previous vehicle and couldn't really exceed a payment range. Well at first they were only quoting my outside my range and right when i was about to say no and walk out with just that oil change, surprisingly they managed to get payments in my range. So I got the one i wanted and was very happy. Pat and the other associates that worked with me were very nice and accommodating. Not too pushy and helpful with whatever I needed. Overall a good second experience with the Heritage Hyundai Towson team. More
