I had a slight issue with the car the first week I had it and it was fixed within a hour. They were friendly and courtious in the office. The plan is to lease for 3 yrs and get nother hyuandai later when I am done school. i would come back there to do this. they also wrote everything out which other dealers did not do. thank you for your time I was recommeded by Donna White a friend whom bought two cars there in the last six months. Even though we didn't end up purchasing a Hyundai - I definitely have to go out of my way to say this was By far one of the best customer service experiences I've had in recent memory. My hope would be that other car dealers can emulate this type of experience, or for any type of business. As soon as we walked in the door, Ralph greeted us openly and warmly. You could tell it was sincere and honest. While we were waiting to test drive 2 vehicles, he showed and allowed us to inspect a model on the showroom floor. During the test drive itself, he was informative, but not too talkative so I could get a feel for the driving experience and focus on the ride quality. Most excellent. He was very clear in describing all the different features and amenities, which I appreciated. I can really tell this dealership places a lot of emphasis on customer service and care. While walking around, I could see the "10-step rule" in effect - employees who would say Hi, and ask if we had been helped. The dealership was clean and comfortable. Before we left, we got to chat with one of the sale managers, which was very appreciated. By the time we had come home, there was an e-mail from Ralph thanking us for coming in.
