I went to Heritage Hyundai with a game plan of how much I wanted to pay and what type of car I wanted. He was very professional throughout our initial conversation, which inspired me to meet with him on the next day to start the purchase paperwork. During that process, it was discovered that the car I had initially sought (2013 Sonata Hybrid Limited) was simply too rich for my blood. I then started working with Rudy on running the numbers for a 2013 Elantra Limited, and the rest is history. He worked tirelessly to get me the finance rate and the price that I was looking for and I couldn't be more thrilled that he did. Went to dealership to look into purchasing a Hyundai Genesis. I test drove a car that was not the version I came in looking for. It had the technology package and I didn't think I needed that. After the test drive Bristol and I talked price and had a great conversation. I wasn't looking to purchase that day, just drive and price. The next day Bristol sent me a txt message. At first I thought this was odd but I responded. I was still looking to test drive some other vehicles but the txt messaging was great and allowed me to go to other places while still trying to work out the price of the Genesis. We couldn't work out a deal on the Genesis with the technology package so at the end of the day it seemed like we would not have a deal. The next day Bristol sent me another txt asking if he could find a Genesis with the premium package that I was originally looking for would I be interested. I said yes and the next day he had found one. We worked out the price over txt messaging and I came in, did the paperwork, and left with the car. It was the best buying experience I have had. I couldn't ask for a better sales person. Bristol did everything and more to accommodate me without having to have me at the dealership for an entire day.
