So, we decided to check out the Mazda dealership in Towson and could not be happier with our decision. However, our excellent customer service experience did not end there. Sang was great to work with, we went to test drive the CX-5 Sport and he was really helpful showing me the ins and outs of the car. Sang and Jason, one of the managers, were responsive and kept in touch with me as I shopped around,. I got a great deal in the end with some goodies thrown in, so I'm really happy with the car. I do not like shopping for cars, but they made it much less difficult. Rachel was also awesome while discussing financing. Overall, a well-run and very friendly dealership, I would highly recommend!
