The team at heritage Mazda were fantastic. I have recently relocated to the US from the UK. So nothing was simple. Stef, kashae, Paris and even the GM got involved to help smooth the process o I have recently relocated to the US from the UK. So nothing was simple. Stef, kashae, Paris and even the GM got involved to help smooth the process of buying the car and made it happen. I am now the proud owner of a CX5 which I’m really pleased with. First time customer here - the entire Heritage staff was professional and courteous. I communicated with them for a couple of months until I was ready to buy. When a new shipment of CX-30s arrived, they cal professional and courteous. I communicated with them for a couple of months until I was ready to buy. When a new shipment of CX-30s arrived, they called me right away for a test drive. I bought the next day. Some negotiation was required to obtain a satisfactory trade-in value. Plenty of financing & add-on services were presented, all without pressure to purchase. Looking forward to a similar experience with their Service department. More

8:20 am Appointment for an Oil Change. Took 2.5 Hours! Was told that they were Over Booked and under staffed.(NOT MY PROBLEM) I have been taking my 3i there for almost 8 years. The place l Took 2.5 Hours! Was told that they were Over Booked and under staffed.(NOT MY PROBLEM) I have been taking my 3i there for almost 8 years. The place looks real nice, but I did not to see the walls. The new service manager has better get his stuff together. In the seven years that I was taking my car there under Dora's reign there was never a wait like this... You get one more chance. More
