I stumbled upon the Heritage Toyota dealership in Owings Mills, in 2015, when I was looking for a new car purchase. Over the years I have made several new and used car purchase personally, and recommended others to go to Heritage Dealerships from VW in Catonsville, to Toyota in Owings Mills. Now I have a new recommendation, Heritage Mazda of Towson. I was greeted at the door by Corey, who immediately assisted me in making my car purchase. He placed me in good hands with Bill to process the deal, and in the end I worked with Paris in finance. What a great bunch of people at this dealership. There was no pressure, and in the end, Paris worked hard to get me the best interest rate. I must apologize to the other Heritage Dealerships, but I have to say Mazda of Towson has just raised the bar! They will now be my go to place make my vehicle purchase needs in the future, and the place I will be directing my friends and co-workers. They are a Premier Customer Service dealership in my book!
