First time customer here - the entire Heritage staff was professional and courteous. I communicated with them for a couple of months until I was ready to buy. When a new shipment of CX-30s arrived, they cal professional and courteous. I communicated with them for a couple of months until I was ready to buy. When a new shipment of CX-30s arrived, they called me right away for a test drive. I bought the next day. Some negotiation was required to obtain a satisfactory trade-in value. Plenty of financing & add-on services were presented, all without pressure to purchase. Looking forward to a similar experience with their Service department. More

8:20 am Appointment for an Oil Change. Took 2.5 Hours! Was told that they were Over Booked and under staffed.(NOT MY PROBLEM) I have been taking my 3i there for almost 8 years.
