As a new law school graduate with debt up to my ears, I was very nervous to purchase another car. Unfortunately, it was time. Due to those nerves I decided on a Mazda 3 Touring, which, according to Consu was very nervous to purchase another car. Unfortunately, it was time. Due to those nerves I decided on a Mazda 3 Touring, which, according to Consumer Reports and Car and Driver was one of the most reliable used cars money could buy. From the very beginning Fran was helpful, prepared, informative and friendly. I, on the other hand, was not nearly as prepared as I should have been and was very grumpy due to my hatred of the car buying process. Thankfully, Fran presented the Carfax, vehicle history report and car maintenance report for every car I looked at without being asked. Each car had its own binder with all of the reports neatly bound, which made it easy to flip though and understand. Honestly, this process was extremely fast and easy. I was approved for a loan with a rock bottom interest rate in minutes and was on my way (went twice to test drive). Fran was wonderful and so were all of the other employees who worked with us. They showed us how to use everything in the car before we left and even made sure my phone was connected with the bluetooth. This is a great group with a wide selection, definitely check them out. Points to Consider: - Prices are firm and the dealership is not into negotiating the sale prices. However, the prices were very fair and way lower than most other things I found online. - They offer a 100k mile warranty for less than $1,000, big selling point for me. - They offer a warranty for tire and rims which is good for up to 5 years for around $8/month. I almost turned this down, but I just replaced an expensive rim on my old car so I went for it. - They can accurately value your trade in very quickly. I love my car and feel confident this dealership will win you over too. More
