Great customer service I wanted to thank Robert Thomas and the service repair team for great customer service. They were able to not only provide a loaner car, but able to I wanted to thank Robert Thomas and the service repair team for great customer service. They were able to not only provide a loaner car, but able to handle repairs on my vehicle quickly. They exceeded my expectations by washing and vacuuming my car which was an unexpected wow! I was really caught off guard with needing a lot of costly repairs of front and rear brakes in addition to 3 new tires. I learned about this when I hit some bad luck- someone damaged my parked car when I was at the dentist and didn’t leave a note. Since just cosmetic damage, I decided to see about the cost and try to not go through insurance. Since less than deductible I scheduled that cosmetic repair. I came to Mazda where I had good service in the past and since it was a part that they could replace not major body work they scheduled that and performed the work quickly. When handling that unexpected cosmetic damage by replacing the mirror casing, they found some serious issues with my brakes and tires. This was a shocker as I already put an extra cost on car repairs this month. This was right before a major snow storm so I was nervous about my car needing this work done. My service advisor Robert helped me to prioritize this work and put off some other maintenance that I will need to address within next 15000 miles as well as helped with a coupon to offset costs- I had one that he helped to make work for this situation and helped me out! I was not prepared for all of this work at once and appreciated the focus of what needed to be done immediately. i wanted to thank him and Mazda for their help. I will be getting caught up for awhile with paying work on credit card off, but appreciated their help in keeping my transportation safe by helping me to get this work done and with this crazy “spring snow storm” I didn’t want any chances. Thank you Robert for your help and getting me in so quickly! More

Great Service! I was recently at Heritage Mazda for some service on my 2015 CX-9. We were headed out on a family vacation that would be about 2000 miles round trip I was recently at Heritage Mazda for some service on my 2015 CX-9. We were headed out on a family vacation that would be about 2000 miles round trip on the vehicle and I wanted to make sure she was ready! I knew I needed a few relatively major services and a few minor ones completed on my vehicle, so I was worried of the cost. Robert spend a good amount of time working with me and explaining what each service entailed and which were recommended based on my mileage. Then based on what I wanted to spend Robert and I worked out a service plan that fit my financial needs as well as my vehicle's needs. The service was completed quickly and we had a great vacation.
