After my service advisor of over two years left, I was worried about finding another advisor I could feel comfortable with, but now I have. Ashlyn kept me updated on the status of my service more frequently than most advisors do, and she’s honest with me—something that made me leave a service department that is closer to my home in the first place. Her friendliness and courtesy are greatly appreciated, but her deep Subaru knowledge stands out the most. I see myself sticking with Heritage, along with my wife and daughter, who also have their own Subarus. More
