Best car buying experience I could have hoped for! We found what we thought was a good deal online and called the dealership to see the car. I was nervous having heard other female friends account's of car buying that I might not be taken seriously, encounter sexism, deal with pushy salesmen, feel condescension, you name it. From start to finish my experience couldn't have been more different. When we walked into the dealership, the car was already waiting for us outside to be taken for a test drive. Jon Waugh was ready for us as soon as we arrived and treated both me and my significant other as equals. He even let us take the car out for a test drive independently so we could make a decision if this was the right car for us on our own. Jon never made us question our thought process. We were skeptical about the price of the car and instead of arguing he listened and provided detailed explanations for the asking price and left room for negotiation. Jon has a gift in that he is able to read his customers very well and saw that we wanted space to be able to weigh our options, His helpful, calm, polite, and intelligent demeanor and presentation is why we felt very comfortable making this sale. The dealership as a whole was very friendly as well. Anytime Jon was helping another customer, we were asked if we wanted refreshments or any additional assistance. Josh Jones from fiances was also fast, efficient, and personable putting our time at the dealership over the top. To sum it up: I couldn't have asked for a better first car buying experience and I'm going to tell everyone I know about these guys. More

Super happy with Heritage We've never owned a Subaru but after researching online, knew we wanted one. We initially went to a dealership on York Road and were completely ignore We've never owned a Subaru but after researching online, knew we wanted one. We initially went to a dealership on York Road and were completely ignored. We were shocked when we saw some of the reps sitting at desks, without customers and not one person looked up or asked if they could help us. We walked around the showroom for a few minutes and left. And went to Heritage the next day. A completely different experience from the moment we walked in. Everyone who walked by both said hello and asked what they could do for us. We'd gotten the name of a sales rep from a neighbor and although she had a customer, she quickly set us up with another rep so we could test drive. And it was nothing but outstanding service and the purchase of a 2017 Outback after that. Can't say enough about how happy we were with the whole process. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from them. Everyone followed-up as needed and otherwise went above our expectations. Pam in sales was terrific - gave me space while I contemplated buying, quietly followed up with me and otherwise was an excellent service rep. She was both very knowledgeable and competent. Oliver in tech assistance was icing on the cake .. he made it so much fun getting schooled in Subaru! I couldn't be happier with the whole process. More

Service Techs. Cant See Online Reservations? I was told that the technicians can't see the service reservations that are made online. I called yesterday and asked for service for a recall noti I was told that the technicians can't see the service reservations that are made online. I called yesterday and asked for service for a recall notice I'd received. I was told that I wouldn't be able to come until next week, because she wanted to maintain the integrity of the schedule. I checked online later and saw that there was some availability thinking maybe something opened up some time after my call. I stopped by today and was told by the person who's name was on my reservation confirmation that he can't see my reservation and can't see the online reservations that are made. He then told me that my part to fix the recall wasn't available and needed to be ordered, which I wish the lady had told me when I called. I asked when the part would be in and he said I could come by next Tuesday at the earliest. I told him since I was moving, I would just visit a dealership in my new state. He then said I could drop my car off this Friday to have the recall fixed. It was nice that he offered, but I was a little unsure how he was going to fix my car if the part wasn't in until next Tuesday.
