I was able to work through most of the questions and financial details ahead of time via email and text, which made everything very efficient. By the time I arrived at the dealership, the majority of the deal was already structured. Andre and Ansley were both fantastic to work with — responsive, professional, and patient in answering all of my questions. Even when I decided to change models during the process, they were able to quickly update the numbers and walk me through the differences without missing a beat. Ansley was especially impressive — extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles, trim comparisons, pricing, and overall process. This is our first Subaru, and there was definitely a learning curve with the features and technology, but the entire team was genuine, transparent, and thorough in explaining everything.
