Buying a car with Santos was easy I went to the dealership with the exact car in mind that I wanted to purchase. As soon as we arrived, Santos gave us the information on the car and got everything ready for a test drive. After driving the car, I knew it was the one. Since the exact car and package I wanted wasn't on the lot, Santos worked to locate and have it delivered for us to check out later that day. Santos worked the numbers with us and got to a figure that worked out perfectly for my budget. He was understanding and explained all of the questions that I had about financing. If he had not been so knowledgable and such a great person to work with, I am not sure I would have gone through with the purchase that day. I have never purchased a new car, but Santos made the purchase straightforward, easy and fun. He has a great sense of humor and when I am ready to trade my car in (in another 15 years) I know the experience will be just as enjoyable.
