Mr. Stephen Brown was very responsive and provided us with the best offer compared to other dealers in Maryland. Mr. Santos Mendez was truly exceptional. He made us feel like VIPs. From directing us to a parking space, to taking us on test drives, to explaining us the various features of the car, to filling up the necessary paper work, to providing us with chilled bottle water and periodically asking us if we needed anything else he treated us like Royalty. Mr. Milton Taylor, the business manager explained to us the financing options available and gave us gave us a better rate than what our credit union offered. They explained other services offered but there was neither overt sales pitch or even gentle/subtle pressure to go with any. I highly recommend this dealership. More
