Great experience but a little disappointed I just bought the car that I have wanted since I was young. I was so happy to be able to finally have the means of getting it. The car is great and it's exactly what I was expecting performance wise! The sales man was great but what dissappointed me was two things. Under each front fenders there are two decent size paint chips and the metal is showing and looks like it started to rust. Once I told Santos about this he supplied me with some touch up paint for the fenders. But the big thing was the front bumper had a decent size crack on the bottom left. This was not disclosed to me before I bought the vehicle. Now when I showed this to Santos (sales guy) he looked shocked so I'm guessing that he did not know either and was not told by who ever looked over it before it was put on the lot. I just figured that a certified pre owned vehicle, this should have been disclosed before the big purchase. Beside the cracked bumper everything else was ok. More

I visited and called numerous dealerships in central MD, and most were dismissive - perhaps due to the snow that was falling. Owings MIlls took me right in and let me test drive their cars. Initially I test drove the Subaru WRX Limited model, which was very nice, but not quite what I was looking for. Santos was able to "read" my mind, as it were - he inferred and discerned from our conversation that I would be a better fit for the WRX STi and went above and beyond to get this manager to approve a test drive. This sports vehicle had summer tires, so I don't know what he did to get me this test drive, but THANK YOU! I don't think I would have had any regrets if I had purchased the WRX Limited, but Santos' ability to understand what someone wants and is best suited for, and his motivation to pressure his boss into allowing a test drive and accept that responsibility - this made the difference between me owning a car I really liked, and a car I loved! Thank you, I would very much recommend this dealer to other patrons! His follow up is also A+. More

I was greeted by Timothy, and he did not disappoint. He was very helpful and worked with me to get a great deal on my trade-in and an even better deal on an Outback, the only problem was that I had to wait 8-12 weeks for the new car. Surprise, surprise...the car came in 2 weeks!! I am so happy and would recommend this place to all my friends and family. Ask for Timothy! More

It was busy when we arrived but we were still greeted and offered a drink while we waited for a sales person to be available to help us. We were introduced to Santos after a short waiting period and worked to look at a car I had seen on the website. Santos was friendly and helpful during the process without being overbearing. At no time during the process did he try to sell me anything I did not want or need. He helped me to get exactly what I came in for at a price that was reasonable. Other staff members were friendly while we were waiting for pricing and credit. Before I left the dealership Santos made sure the the registration and insurance were in the car for me and the plates were on the vehicle. This made what is normally an annoying process painless. Overall the experience with Santos was fantastic. The only reason for 4 starts instead of 5 for the dealership was because of the final paperwork process. It was very impersonal and rushed. I had to ask to have the explanation of multiple pages repeated because he was mumbling and he didn't seem to care to tell me what all my options were. It seemed like he just wanted me to sign as fast as possible and get out. More
