Buying a car with Santos was easy I went to the dealership with the exact car in mind that I wanted to purchase. As soon as we arrived, Santos gave us the information on the car an I went to the dealership with the exact car in mind that I wanted to purchase. As soon as we arrived, Santos gave us the information on the car and got everything ready for a test drive. After driving the car, I knew it was the one. Since the exact car and package I wanted wasn't on the lot, Santos worked to locate and have it delivered for us to check out later that day. Santos worked the numbers with us and got to a figure that worked out perfectly for my budget. He was understanding and explained all of the questions that I had about financing. If he had not been so knowledgable and such a great person to work with, I am not sure I would have gone through with the purchase that day. I have never purchased a new car, but Santos made the purchase straightforward, easy and fun. He has a great sense of humor and when I am ready to trade my car in (in another 15 years) I know the experience will be just as enjoyable. He is an excellent representative of the company and well deserving of his numerous awards and accolades. Couldn't be happier with my hyper blue crosstrek. :) More
