I hate buying a new car. John and Harvey made the experiance better then most. I am an analytical, I never decide on the purchase the same day. They understood that and were not pushy as some dealers are. They negotiated fairly, and I think I got a very nice car for a good price. I would give them straight fives but I generally see nothing great about buying a new car. More

We had a wonderful time at this dealership. We had planned to visit many dealerships over the weekend to find the best car for us, but we ended up finding what we wanted at stop number one! Anthony Pi planned to visit many dealerships over the weekend to find the best car for us, but we ended up finding what we wanted at stop number one! Anthony Pitts was fantastic; he was knowledgeable and real. He did not try to haggle us like many other car salesmen do. He was honest, friendly, and very helpful. I LOVE MY NEW SUBARU!! More
I came into the dealership with my mind pretty much made up on what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay for it. After a test drive and a bit of back and forth, I purchased a car with more features than I up on what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay for it. After a test drive and a bit of back and forth, I purchased a car with more features than I wanted for a better price than expected! Customer service is second-to-none! Anthony was very helpful and knowledgeable and did not push for the sale at all. Karen in the finance department was also great to work with. She really did some research to get me the best loan possible. I will definitely refer people to the dealership if they are looking for a new car. Unfortunately,I will not be in the market for a new car for another 200,000+ miles because Subaru's are built to last for ages if you take care of them! More

Bob Fisher was very helpful. He picked me up on delivery day so that I wasn't left with 2 cars. Bob was very personable and did a great job showing me around the car. day so that I wasn't left with 2 cars. Bob was very personable and did a great job showing me around the car. More
I visited Heritage Subaru to purchase my 3rd Subaru. It was time to replace my 1998 OBW (211,500+ miles). Salesman Dan Fisher was outstanding! He answered all of my questions and entertained my wish to drive several cars. GM Jay Danick assisted as well in helping me find the right car. Ultimately, I chose the 2011 OBW 3.6R Limited. It's a fantastic car! I had a minor issue with the interior after delivery. Jay and the Service Department (Harry & Bill)resolved my issue immediately. So far, my relationship with Heritage Subaru has been excellent. I would recommend Heritage Subaru to anyone in the market for a new car. My Subarus have served me well... 1984 GL Hatchback, 120k miles; 1998 OBW, 211,562 miles; 2011 OBW, 300k or bust! More
After a horrible experience at Russell, Heritage was a breath of fresh air. No pressure, knowledgeable staff. Pat showed us both VW and Subaru, but didn't pretend to know everything about VW since his exp breath of fresh air. No pressure, knowledgeable staff. Pat showed us both VW and Subaru, but didn't pretend to know everything about VW since his expertise is Subaru...he was more concerned with answering our questions that just making a sale. We ended up with a Subaru and are very happy (so far). REALLY DON'T GO TO RUSSELL...Heritage is not that far away, and worth the trip. More
I have purchased and sold several vehicles over the years, and this was the most efficient, helpful, respectful experience I have had. Harvey answered my questions, was flexible and informative, didn't years, and this was the most efficient, helpful, respectful experience I have had. Harvey answered my questions, was flexible and informative, didn't pressure me, listened to what *I* wanted, and made sure the car and the conditions of sale were just as we'd discussed. The process of selling my Fit and buying my new Forester went more quickly and smoothly than any other time I've done this, and without all the usual ploys and visits with managers and such. It was a very positive experience and I will recommend Harvey and his colleagues to anyone who wants to buy a car. More
The guys stuck to the price they quoted us over the internet. They didn't try to upsell when we got there or play fast/loose with the numbers. They gave us what we asked for.
