I had a great experience with this dealership and with Dan Fisher buying my first new used car. As I was the first to call on a recently acquired 2005 Outback it had not even been through Maryland inspect Dan Fisher buying my first new used car. He was on top of letting me know when it was done with inspection so I could come in and test drive and make my final decision. He also went above and beyond and got it detailed 3 days sooner than scheduled so I could take it home before the weekend. Dan was also great on the financing aspect of buying this car (and he put up with my big brother's haggling techniques quite well!). I am very pleased with my new ride and my experience at Heritage. I would highly recommend Heritage if anyone is looking for a used car. When I can afford a brand new Outback Heritage will be my stop! More

Overall, we had a great experience. We called ahead and spoke to a salesperson to make sure that the car we wanted was available. So, I took the Forester for a test drive and I was sold! Dan treated me with kindness and the utmost respect the second I walked through the door. The whole car buying process was new to me, and I was a little skeptical that I would be harassed the second I gave someone my phone number. This was not the case and I found my very first new car buying experience was the complete opposite, a PLEASURE, mostly because of Dan (and the other fine folks at Subaru). He spent a lot of time with me and answered any questions I had, never being pushy or too forward. I never felt rushed or pressured, he was always attentive and in the end offered me a price I could not refuse. When I emailed him or called him with questions, he responded immediately in a very professional manner. I even had an issue with my toddlers car seat and the finance guy, Jay offered to call a certified professional right there on the spot to help me. I've already had 2 people stop me in the parking lot to tell me how "sharp" the car is, and one man stopped me today and told me he and his wife both owned Subaru's and they were great cars (they were on their 4th and said they last FOREVER). I love, love love my Forester!!!!! I seriously felt like Dan and the rest of the crew at Heritage were family after this experience. They were so helpful and laid back that I honestly feel like if I was in the area, I'd stop by just to say hi. They will make you feel that loved and comfortable! They even helped me install my bluetooth at the last minute. DAN IS THE MAN!!!! I cannot say it enough. I guarantee you that if you are considering buying a Subaru or just have questions about them, you won't be disappointed if you go to Dan. I was very impressed when Dan spoke up when initial paperwork was being filled out and it was questioned by another male member of the sales team as to whether or not my name should be included first on the contract/paperwork. Dan spoke up right away (before I could) and said yes, Mrs. Palmer's name should be listed first, then her husband. We also felt the finance rep did a nice job presenting our options. Lastly, another sales rep by the name of Anthony was very personable as well. He ensured our vehicle was cleaned, new plates on when Dan had to leave and again, asked if we had any questions.
