My wife and I visited several other dealerships in the area before going to Heritage. The other dealerships were not helpful, rude and even disrespectful. We were even reconsidering buying a Subaru all together because we did want to deal with dealerships that treated their customers that way. We visited Heritage as a last ditch effort and were pleasantly surprise that it was a completely different story at Heritage. The staff was friendly and took the time to explain to us the benefits of owning a Subaru. Our sales representative, Harvey was pleasant, not pushy and extremely knowledgeable. He gave us a great deal and we purchased our Subaru that night. I can say, so far we are very happy with our decision and love our new SUV. I cannot say enough about how friendly and professional everyone is at the dealership.
