Bob spent about half an hour with me in the Forester, explaining all of the car's features and helping install a few of the extra parts we'd bought. I've never had the experience of a sales associate taking the time to do that before, and it made a strong positive impression. Buying a car, even from a good dealership, is still a time-consuming, paperwork-intensive, tedious, and somewhat stressful process at times. I had spent a few weeks looking for a new car; I had not really considered Subaru but decided to stop in and take a look.
