My husband and I were very satisfied with our sales experience at Heritage Subaru. Our sales rep, Dan was very friendly and not at all pushy. He immediately knocked off so much off the price, which I thought was great. We knew up front what the price was going to be, which eliminated the back and forth hassle of "negotiating" a price. Very easy experience. I was very impressed when Dan spoke up when initial paperwork was being filled out and it was questioned by another male member of the sales team as to whether or not my name should be included first on the contract/paperwork. Dan spoke up right away (before I could) and said yes, Mrs. Palmer's name should be listed first, then her husband. We also felt the finance rep did a nice job presenting our options. Lastly, another sales rep by the name of Anthony was very personable as well. He ensured our vehicle was cleaned, new plates on when Dan had to leave and again, asked if we had any questions. I took my car for an oil change this morning. I had previously made an appointment. As in the past I was greeted immediately and made to feel welcome. During the service write up I was informed that there was a recall on 2010 Subaru Outback to reset a computer and that the service would be performed while I was there and wouldn't require another appointment. The work was performed in a timely manner (the service was completed sooner than expected). The service writers area was clean and well maintained. The waiting room is inviting, well lit and clean. My experience on this visit, as well as those in the past, was exceptional. I would highly recommend Heritage Subaru's Service Department. More
From the time I made the phone call asking about the car to the time I got to the dealership, it was as smooth as possible. I was at the dealership, and driving home all in just under 2 hours. They beat the financing offered me by my credit union and that was a nice added bonus. I also want to say that the prep of the car was very well done, it has a nice coat of wax on it and is holding up well to all the pollen and bugs that this time of year brings. Overall, a 10/10. Would highly recommend Heritage to anyone for their new vehicle. More
I purchased a new Subaru from Heritage a couple weeks ago, and the process was very pleasant. I was looking for a specific model that wasn't on the lot, but Jay informed me that one was en route to the d ago, and the process was very pleasant. I was looking for a specific model that wasn't on the lot, but Jay informed me that one was en route to the dealership. I was given a estimated price and was able to put a deposit on the car to hold it. In the interim I did a lot of researching on buying a new car (this was my first) and had read some horror stories about customers getting taken advantage of at some Nissan dealerships. I was concerned that when I went to pick up the car, the dealership might try and tack additional fees onto the price since the supply was dwindling due to the tsunami in Japan. When I went in to buy the car, I spoke with Patrick and he was very informative and straightforward. He didn't try to add any additional fees, charges, etc. on the price. He was also well informed on the features of the car and he genuinely appreciated the product he was selling. I had gotten preapproved for a loan through my credit union, and while Pat and I were discussing the financing Jay chimed in and said he could save me a full point on my APR loan by financing through Subaru. When it came time to pay, I spoke with Kim and she was helpful as well. She was patient while I read through all of the forms and answered any questions I had. While waling over the car, I noticed some tape residue on the car (the car was taped up to prevent damage in transit). Pat invited me to bring the car in so the detailer could remove the residue free of charge. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I felt very secure in my dealings and would recommend them to other potential buyers. More
