I chose this dealership because I had been looking for a new car for about 3-4 months and this dealership "kept me in the loop" eventhough it took me quite sometime to get to the point of actually buying. Although I had asked Harvey to take me off the email list, he simply sent me the sale announcements. No high pressure, no multiple emails, just enough to let me know that sales and interest rates were remaining low. I really appreciated this and after much searching on the Internet with various dealerships and different brands of cars, MileOne won out. I had also dealth with MileOne having service in BelAir on my Saturn. However, so far, I have to say that I like the service, the courtesy, and the consideration that I have experience with MileOne in Ownings Mills. Although I had a little difficulty with my car only 3 days after I purchased it, the service department got me in and fixed it without much fuss and bother. I was even offered a loaner if it came to that, which it did not. I am very satisfied at this point. More

My wife and I went out on Memorial Day just to look at cars to get an idea of what we might want in the future, as my car was on its last leg. We had heard only good things about the Subaru car line and were interested in the outback b/c the wife wanted a wagon, and I wanted a cool car. In comes my salesman NORM!!! Was a great guy to deal with. We walked on the lot at 4:30 not knowing they were trying to wrap things up around 5:00 for the holiday. Didnt matter to NORM. We went on one hell of a test drive. Never thought I would be doing high speed donuts ever with the wife in the car. But NORM said it was okay and showed me how to do them first. Needless to say we purchased the vehicle (Not the one we test drove). We recieved a fair price for the car as well for my trade that I brought in. We wrapped up the deal around 8:30. Not at anytime thru the process did anyone make mention or seem annoyed that we kept them wayyyyy past closing on a Holiday. Good experience, Love the car. Hope to not have to buy anything in the near future but definetly would go back to Heritage. Definetly would see NORM!!!!!! More

When he was unsure of an answer he referred to another source to be sure he was giving me correct information. He understood my perspective in what I was looking for in a vehicle and made every effort to find a vehicle that met my needs. He presented a clear orientation to the new vehicle. Kim was very thorough and business like in presenting and explaining all of the documents that went into completing the sale on paper. She was responsible for selling me the 3 year service policy.
