I took my car for an oil change this morning. I had previously made an appointment. As in the past I was greeted immediately and made to feel welcome. During the service write up I was informed that there was a recall on 2010 Subaru Outback to reset a computer and that the service would be performed while I was there and wouldn't require another appointment. The work was performed in a timely manner (the service was completed sooner than expected). The service writers area was clean and well maintained. The waiting room is inviting, well lit and clean. My experience on this visit, as well as those in the past, was exceptional. I would highly recommend Heritage Subaru's Service Department. More

Took my 2007 Forrester in for routine service. The safety inspection indicated that I needed front brakes - no complaints at 42,500 miles. Heritage has a nice waiting room with TV and High Speed Internet - complimentary coffee (which is like dishwater) and sodas. Fortunately there's a Starbucks a block away - an easy walk. More
