⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've been a longtime Heritage customer and have purchased over 20 vehicles from their dealerships over the years. I'd especially like to recognize Bill Middleton, the Service Manager at Heritage purchased over 20 vehicles from their dealerships over the years. I'd especially like to recognize Bill Middleton, the Service Manager at Heritage Subaru Owings Mills, for his outstanding customer service and willingness to stand behind his customers. I recently purchased a Ford F-150 that unfortunately developed a serious transmission issue shortly after purchase. Bill and the Heritage team stepped up to help get the situation handled and made sure I had a loaner vehicle while the repairs were being addressed. What I appreciate most is knowing that when something goes wrong, there are still people who genuinely care about taking care of their customers. The repairs are still ongoing, but Bill's professionalism and the way Heritage has handled the situation have reinforced why I've continued doing business with them for so many years. When new cars were scarce in the summer of 2022, I bought my car from a dealer farther from home because I found it available there. Shortly after, I developed health issues that prevented me from driving v my car from a dealer farther from home because I found it available there. Shortly after, I developed health issues that prevented me from driving very much for the following year. I had very little mileage and no way to arrange to get it in for regular service. Almost a year later, I contacted nearby Heritage and discussed the situation with Mr. Bill Middleton, the service manager, and he welcomed me and helped me arrange to bring it in, and they were absolutely wonderful to me.. Both Mr. Middleton and Lisa, the service representative, were just great and I'm grateful to be one of their customers now. More
