Like family I purchased a 2010 Rav4 in Oct 2009. From the moment I walked in the dealership I was warmly greeted. My salesperson figured that I was a savvy buyer I purchased a 2010 Rav4 in Oct 2009. From the moment I walked in the dealership I was warmly greeted. My salesperson figured that I was a savvy buyer and wanted to know hiw he could make my vision come alive. I got everything I wanted and then some at the price I requested. My family loves Toyota and so the choice was not difficult I just needed to pic a model. I have faithfully returned for service and have been treated like family. Today I went in and Bob took extreme care of me and wanted to make sure I was educated and comfortable with what my truck required. As we parted ways this evening, I was a little sad as Bob gave me some great advice for the car and life. It made me think of my dad (whose passed) who drove Toyota almost 30 years. More
