Maggie Popham is HANDS DOWN 100% the BEST SERVICE ADVISOR EVER!!! Not only is her Customer Service Impeccable she is knowledgeable and patient with every customer even her team members. I am not a car savvy woman by any means car language is literally a foreign language to me AND I am VERY loyal to my lifelong mechanic. BUT, Maggie has changed my loyalty, she made it so easy for me to understand everything every step of the way. She provided me with a phone charger when my phone was dying, she went out of her way to help me find the best pricing for my tires and out of her own concern for customer satisfaction diligently helped me to get coverage for my repairs when having me pay out of pocket would've been much less time consuming and more convenient for her she went the extra mile anyway. I have had so many issue with my car since I've purchased it that I seriously considered returning the car or trading it in with a new dealership but having Maggie as a service advisor is so invaluable I'm keeping my car feeling safe knowing that if anything happens I can rely on Maggie!!!
