Unprofessional dealings with this dealership. Once you instruct your sales team to offer a vehicle for sale and also have the customer reverify that it is truly for sale and furthermore come to agreement and have a customer expecting delivery.. it's way too late to pull the rug out and say "we made a mistake, we have to sell it to another customer who put a deposit it on who was non-performing in purchasing the vehicle, but wasn't reliably informed that the vehicle was going to be put back up for for sale". Feel free to reply whatever you want, but it was completely the dealership procedures that were at fault and unprofessional. More
