Kristen was friendly and helpful with helping me find a van that was available sooner and within my price range. She was able to get most of the paperwork together for me via phone and email. I received a van that was available sooner and within my price range. She was able to get most of the paperwork together for me via phone and email. I received a fair price for my trade in as well. Everyone else I dealt with was friendly and kept the process of buying a new car painless. I would consider Heritage Toyota again for my next vehicle. More
