Professional. Efficient. Respectful. Stellar! The search for a specific vehicle in this market (Jan 2022) is near impossible. I spotted a Sienna online and called to see if it was available. Bryan teamed me for a specific vehicle in this market (Jan 2022) is near impossible. I spotted a Sienna online and called to see if it was available. Bryan teamed me up with Austin and he immediately showed me the allotment of Siennas that matched my "wants" in a new van. I narrowed it down to an XSE while Austin had another person get the trade-in value for my current van. In an hour, we settled on numbers, the trade-in value, and I ordered up a new van. Austin was professional, efficient with my time, and respectful. I could not have asked for a better experience! Heritage is stellar! More
