Our Sales Agent Mr. Haydar has been amazing since the process started. I was working with another dealer and felt the other dealer was not being honest. And I am glad I did reach out to Herirtage Toyota process started. I was working with another dealer and felt the other dealer was not being honest. And I am glad I did reach out to Herirtage Toyota and very lucky to been working with Mr. Haydar. Mr. Haydar listened to what we were looking for and gave us great guidance. He was able to locate the vehicle and work out all the information over the phone. I am in Austin Texas and he made it feel like I was there in PA doing the deal in person. From the first step to wiring the funds for the vehicle and the deposit paid to hold it, it was a smooth process. My daughter is very excited to her new car and come in this week and sign the papers and drive off. This was all thanks to the great communication by Mr. Haydar and keeping us information and allowing us to do a lot over the phone and online and making the process very smooth. By far the best vehicle purchase our family has done and we will for sure come back when it's time for the next vehicle. More
