For some, buying a car is like riding a bike. They know what there doing and they cannot wait! For less experienced shoppers like me, doing a trade in for a new car can be daunting. I saw a Toyota RAV4 lis what there doing and they cannot wait! For less experienced shoppers like me, doing a trade in for a new car can be daunting. I saw a Toyota RAV4 listed on the website and contacted the dealership. Kristyn walked to the lot while talking with me on the phone to not only learn about what I need from a car, but also to visually confirm the car was there. We then scheduled an appointment for a test drive. I arrived the next evening and Kristyn had the car pulled up front and keys ready for a test drive. We went on a test route that was a good mix of ups and downs and turns to give me an idea of what to expect from the car while of course pointing out key features and helping to answer any questions I had. After the ride, we scheduled an appointment for the next day to facilitate the trade in. Kristyn was fun to work with, and she even helped get me in contact with my insurance provider to get the coverage moved to my new car. I was nervous and overwhelmed before coming into Heritage Toyota given my lack of experience but once I was sent her way it was a great time. I would recommend you speak with her when you go in! They claimed that the "market adjustment" of $2500 was needed because of the high demand. I called other dealers nearby and they all were charging just the MSRP.
