The dealership was prompt in responding to my inquiry and kept in touch with me through out the process. Ray contacted immediately and sent us the details of the vehicle we were interested in. He answered ou kept in touch with me through out the process. Ray contacted immediately and sent us the details of the vehicle we were interested in. He answered our questions, arranged test drive and made the whole process easy. Loved the whole process and they even stayed beyond closing hours to finalize the purchase and hand over the keys. We had the worst service for our first time buying a Toyota. People work there are very nice but we had nothing but problems with the whole process. 1. After being there 8 hrs on a Saturday we had to t Toyota. People work there are very nice but we had nothing but problems with the whole process. 1. After being there 8 hrs on a Saturday we had to turn around and go back because fuel light was on no Gas and no inspection sticker. 2. Then realized no back floor mat. 3. Then they forgot to have us sign the title . Wanted us to come back up to do that and we asked to have in sent to us to sign. 4. Finally they said mat was in after 1 month of waiting and had to drive to get it, waisted 1 hour of work and gas to get it and it was a cheap set that didn't even match what was in my 4 Runner. We will not recommend this dealership to anyone. Very disappointed with overall process. Kyle Lehman More
