My husband and I have been on a two-year quest for the perfect Tundra, and I saw online that one was soon arriving to this dealership. Being two hours away and just recovering from surgery, I had no feasible way initially to travel - but Bryan and Kristyn did everything they could to assist me remotely and answer all my questions from afar about the vehicle, the process of buying out-of-state, my possible trade-in, and all costs and fees. I SO appreciated the upfront pricing information; knowing how quick these trucks go, I wasn't trying to wheel and deal on the pricing but did value their honesty. We were looking at the identical truck in Virginia, and that dealership inflated the MSRP ridiculously and included made-up freight charges they said were for "shipping the truck from Japan" (yeah, that's not a thing; U.S. Tundras are made in TX), making me all the more glad to be able to buy from Heritage Toyota. Kristyn's communication and excitement for us made the day fun, and she handled my husband's insane "test drive stunts" and general silliness/ridiculous commentary with aplomb. Once we moved to the financing department, Ashley was integral in helping us get a good interest rate and position our monthly payment where we needed it to be. The entire experience was truly great, and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone - it was totally worth the drive, and we sure did drive home in style! Thank you Kristyn, Ashley, and Bryan for a wonderful experience buying my husband's FIRST brand-new vehicle! Dealership wanted $2500 over MSRP for a 2021 RAV XLE premium. When asked about the markup they stated it’s a market adjustment fee that is non negotiable. They also informed us prior to our 2 hour dri premium. When asked about the markup they stated it’s a market adjustment fee that is non negotiable. They also informed us prior to our 2 hour drive getting there that they are offering $1000 over KBB value for the trade. The trade according to KBB was between 8 to 10k. They came in at $5800. After negotiating for two hours they brought the trade in value up to $10000 which they said got rid of the $2500 market adjustment. I guess they thought we couldn’t figure out basic math. That brought the trade in value to $7500 and the market adjustment remained at $2500. I called Another dealership 12 minutes away and asked about this market adjustment fee. They stated it’s up to the dealership and they do not practice this. Unfortunately they couldn’t get the vehicle. I would never recommend Heritage Toyota to anyone. I’d rather travel out of state before purchasing anything from these scammers. The owner obviously has no morals. More
