After browsing new and used autos online, next, on a holiday when a few car dealerships were closed, my wife and I visited a "Mile One" Heritage Toyota dealership. We looked at cars, SUVs, and Vans. On a return visit the sales department introduced Ray Laurent (USAF Veteran), of Heritage Toyota Harrisburg. Ray has the experienced demeanor of a non-commissioned officer veteran. His skillful listening and appropriate communication and willingness to deliver impressive sales service, is I believe, attributable to being a veteran and a gracious host. Ray was consistently willing to research information we needed to decide which vehicle best met our requirements and preferences (e.g., could undoubtedly fit into our garage at home). We did not rush into a decision but rather after shopping both on-line and at dealerships in greater MD, PA, WDC, we are now customers grateful for a "sweet all cash deal" on a new Toyota.
