Ray was so friendly and helpful in finding my perfect car. I went in with a very specific car in mind and he helped us work out all the numbers to get us the car and payment we wanted. Ray is pretty new and when we had questions he was quick to get them answered and he had great support from his teammates when he needed it. My favorite moment was when Fred realized it was Ray's first sale and gave him a big high five and really cheered him on. Patrick showed me the WWE belt that they pass around to a chosen colleague each week for doing something great. I love that recognition and I feel we really got to know these people and I love them! We will definitely be bringing our business back to Ray and the Heritage Toyota team when we are ready for our next purchase. More
