Austin is a nice young man and very friendly however I felt he did not know enough specific information about the SUVs. I had to research specific information myself before making decisions on which to bu felt he did not know enough specific information about the SUVs. I had to research specific information myself before making decisions on which to buy. We understand that he is new but hopefully he will take the time to learn more about the cars he is selling in the future. We also had an appointment to test drive and had to wait over an hour because he was with another customer. We eventually had to leave and return on a different day. Not the best customer service. Confident those situations will improve with more experience in the future. More
