I first chose to go to this dealership because it had the most diverse inventory of the vehicle I was looking for in the greater Harrisburg area. We discussed what I was looking for and I could tell the primary concern was putting me in the vehicle I wanted at an affordable price. I had visited two other dealerships but the customer service at this place was levels above what I had received at the other dealerships. The sales rep and financial manager made the process incredibly easy and comfortable and were able to negotiate a very reasonable price. They were friendly, respectful and very personable. They went out of their way to make sure they kept me updated on every step of the process, and assured me they would be available for support or questions even after the purchase was final. Honestly, this has been the most pleasant and enjoyable vehicle purchasing experience I’ve ever had. More
