We had a great experience at Heritage Toyota. We were originally to meet with Ryan Thomas, but she was out due to having surgery, however she was wonderful and filled Billi Hoover in on everything. We were there quite awhile and she was so nice about everything, even when she had to keep going out in the cold and bring us the same 2 vehicles to drive twice. Once.we decided on the Tacoma, she sat in the truck, got my phone hooked up and went over a lot of features.
