Keith Warlow was very pleasant to deal with. I found him to be very personable, honest, and attentive without being pushy. My biggest complaint is that it took what seemed like forever to get called in to the finance office to complete the saIe. It was over an hour. Keith and I had finished all other parts of this car-buying process that we could until it was time for the financial paperwork. I still have no idea what took so ridiculously long as I sat there sweating in the heat and twiddling my thumbs. More
