Very knowledgeable staff. Went in to test drive a used Tacoma but found it to be on a different lot. Staff was quick to find a great substitute (new) that they had in stock and test drive that. No-haggle, straight to the point, Great Experience! I sent an online inquiry to Heritage not expecting much of a response other than the usual "come on in and take a look" response. Not only did I not I sent an online inquiry to Heritage not expecting much of a response other than the usual "come on in and take a look" response. Not only did I not get the runaround, I got the best price on a 2020 Camry, with the exact options I asked for, in a two sentence text message back to me. Perfect! When I went in to check it out, Jon Brown immediately greeted me, was professional, polite, and accommodating. Even after some trouble finding the exact vehicle we discussed, he delivered as promised, and was even able to come through on an additional option I had asked about but didn't budget for! Before you give up and go online through the companies that deliver cars and never make you talk to an actual person, go talk to Jon. If you don't want to haggle, just ask for the bottom line. He will give it to you. Thanks Jon. More

Our experience at Heritage Toyota Harrisburg was wonderful! When we came into the dealership we were thinking we could probably only be looking for used cars. We were greated by a sales associate by wonderful! When we came into the dealership we were thinking we could probably only be looking for used cars. We were greated by a sales associate by the name of Ryan Thomas who was wonderful. The entire time we talked and went over things with her we never once felt like we were pushed or felt talked into anything. She was upfront and honest and helped us find something we loved and could afford. She wasn't just worried about selling a car you could tell she had our best interest in mind as well and cared about our questions and concerns. we will be telling everyone about our experience and how we highly recommend these guys!!! More

Everybody we dealt with was great. We looked at and purchased a new car for my mother. Herb and Megan were friendly, helpful and no pressure. we also had emergency service on our car and Jodi and the s purchased a new car for my mother. I will never deal with this place again. Brought my own financing and they asked if I would takes theirs financing if they could get me a better deal. Of course I said yes.. then, when they pulled me in an financing and they asked if I would takes theirs financing if they could get me a better deal. Of course I said yes.. then, when they pulled me in and had me start signing all the paperwork I finally asked what rate they ended up getting me.. find out that it was a entire 1% higher than the financing that I had already secured!! Then they told me the person with the higher credit score (me with an almost 850) had to be first on the application and son who has no credit is MY co-signer.. makes no sense. The goal was for me to co-sign a loan for my son who hasn’t built up any credit. More
