From the moment we walked in the door Ashley and the Toyota team were very welcoming of us. We originally came to test drive another type of vehicle and ended up not liking. We had to come back for a service and were sent to the wrong service bay where they did not seem to want to help. We went back over to Toyota and Marcia and Ashley came right over and solved the problem quickly and made the situation right.
