We shopped online for a used Toyota Prius v using online search tools and of all the deals we found, the best by far was at Freedom Toyota of Harrisburg, PA - 472 miles away from our home. Naturally, we were hesitant to buy a car so far from home. But I emailed and talked with Internet Sales rep Bryan Deguzman and then Sales rep Chad Stephens and they seemed honest, eager, and trustworthy. Naturally, we were still hesitant, but we made the trip and we had the best car-buying experience we've ever had! Bryan and Chad had promised a great price, an excellent car, and fast customer service. They delivered. We were on a tight schedule, needing to head back down the Interstate quickly. All told, we were at the dealership for exactly one hour. Chad handled the paperwork, which was compiled before we arrived, Bryan talked to us again about the car's history, and Jamis Abed, Finance Manager, handled the financial details. We checked out the Prius v while our 2012 Honda Civic EX-L with 61,250 miles was quickly assessed; and then came the part of the process that all customers dread - getting the exact out-the-door price. Despite how nice these guys are, we were worried that there might be hidden fees or that we wouldn't get the trade-in value we were promised "if your car is what you say it is" or that something else would cause the final price to be higher than expected. None of that happened. In fact, they gave us our trade-in price of $11,000 and sold us the 2014 Prius v Five with 2316 miles for what we offered - a crazy low price of $20,750. On top of that, their dealer fees were only $162. Jamis offered us a discount on an extended warranty, which we declined, and there was no pressure at all to reconsider. On top of the great customer service, fantastic price, and no-pressure atmosphere, the dealership is clean, modern, and comfortable. This is a dealership that lives up to its promise to "make the car buying process as quick and hassle free as possible." Without a doubt, as my wife said when we drove away, "This was the best car-buying experience ever!" More

No car for 3 days Due to my Toyota Corolla loosing power and not idling well, Freedom Toyota serviced it and did their utmost to get it fixed. Throughout I received friendly assistance from the service personnel and the technician who tried to help where possible; even though a loan vehicle was not available. Freedom was the only dealer that had the Sequoia in the exact color that I wanted, so my appointment was basically to inquire about prices, I wasn't planning on being there any more than an hour. Mark Heverling was knowledgeable, honest, straightforward, and totally changed my (negative) opinion of car salesmen. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't want, nor did he take advantage of my inability to negotiate. He answered all my questions, gave me a great price and made the process so simple that I found myself walking out of the dealership 3 hours later with the exact car I wanted and all the paperwork taken care of. He asked what we wanted in a new car, if we liked certain colors and 2 minutes later he pulled up in the PERFECT Camry for us. It did take a little longer than 20 minutes because we had so much fun on the test drive. We left with a new car and a smile on our faces.
