To this day there is no response to this email: NOTE: The dealership solicited my input after the unsuccessful trip to dealership. Stephanie, My husband, daughter and myself made the 1.5 hour trek to the dealership on Thursday 8/11/2016 much to our dismay we found the vehicle was not ready to be sold. There was an issue with the sunroof, additionally it was explained to us that it did not go completely through the shop at this point. Unfortunately we were extremely disappointed and confused by these events. I understand we may not be the most desirable customers since we are looking at a used vehicle and have a trade. Honestly we were looking to drive out of there with that vehicle. We did our due diligence and found the Tiguan to be a nice fit for us. The pricing was competitive and we made the decision to come to your dealership over 2 dealerships in New Jersey one of them Paul Miller Subaru and the other was New Jersey State Auto Auction. We are very positive people, Jamie and Stacy were sympathetic and apologetic but that doesn't really make up for a 3 hour round trip that resulted unsuccessfully.
